COMONSA is a building company based in San Pedro Alcántara – Marbella and is possibly one of the building companies in the area that has the prestige of being one of the oldest in the sector, because their beginnings go back to year 1,973, working since then under the same denomination and address.

Our company, like all those of the sector, underwent the economic crisis that affected many companies back in the 90’s, many of which unfortunately had to close down or change their activity. Nevertheless, COMONSA CONSTRUCCIONES, being faithful to their way of work, has managed to continue their operations throughout the years, always focusing on the careful attention to the client, administering their resources in a serious and effective manner, always fulfilling their fiscal and social obligations, payment of their taxes, their indirect labour costs, their personnel and their suppliers.

Our area of operation has been primarily La Costa del Sol, and our speciality has been the construction of blocks of apartments and villas. In order to achieve our goals, we have always relied on highly qualified personnel with the know-how to deliver quality.
